How we charge

We want to earn our fees by delivering value. We will not charge fees businesses can’t afford and we don’t rely on termination clauses or long term contracts.

So, we have created a new, “easy in, easy out” way of working, with fixed fees for 6 months. If we can’t convince you in that time that we add value way in excess of our fees you are free to leave with no further obligation. Complete clarity with no surprises, no hidden charges & no exit fees.

If we’re working with you on a business sale you still benefit from our involvement during the sale process and the monthly payments are deducted from the success fee. If we haven’t made acceptable progress towards a sale in 6 months you are still free to leave but you will at least have a better business!*
